At last, a fair that doesn't need me to get up at 5am!
This weekend we are in the Oak Room at the Curzon Cinema in Clevedon. The Curzon is (apparently) the oldest continually operating purpose built cinema in the world. The Oak Room is not the largest of rooms so this isn't the largest of fairs, but we make up for it by having fantastic handmade work by local artists.
Come and have a look. Take in a film whilst you are there.
Buy handmade and local this Christmas.
on most but not all items .... kits and a few supplies are excluded.
This offer applies to the end of December so is the ideal opportunity to browse through my shops and have a 'virtual Blue Box Studio craft fair' - without having to venture out into the cold and wet and battle the crowds.
Don't forget I also have lots of lovely things in my Folksy store, but there is not an easy option to amend postage rates so it won't be happening for the moment. Unless they suddenly change things!
I've decided to kick start the economy - oh well, I can dream can't I?
From now until the end of December I have free postage on everything in my Artfire shop except my shibori dyeing kits.
Now's the time to start your Christmas shopping!
If this is successful I might try and do this with my other shops, but Artfire are geared up to making something like this easy to do. I'd rather be making than spending 1/2 day trying to wrestle with the foibles of a shop!
