Today's question is "how many hours does it take for 2 people to gather this amount of sea glass?"
The answer is 6 hours travelling, 1 hour each eating a rather large and tasty full English breakfast [mental note to remember cafe for another day] and 12 hours between us to gather this sea glass off 2 Cornish beaches. We arrived as the tide was going out and left as the tide was coming in but left happy, fulfilled [must have been the Cornish cream tea!] and rather tired by the end of the day. I've not sorted it all yet but would think about 40% will make it into my stock boxes, 30% will be offered for sale on Etsy and Folksy and the other 30% will be given to my friend who is planning to make a large sea glass mosaic from the chipped and imperfect pieces, but I'm yet to see any evidence of this though.
If any one wants any chipped and imperfect sea glass for their own projects, please let me know as I am sure I can help!
